Ingredients:
3/4 cup unsweetened coconut water
1 cup of Greens (Kale or Spinach)
1 cup of fresh cut pineapples
1 peeled banana
3 Tablespoons of Hemp seeds
1 Tablespoon of Senyia Moringa Powder
1 Date
Add cinnamon to taste
