What is Moringa?

The Miracle Tree

The Moringa Tree is also called the miracle tree. It has been used in many tropical countries as a nutritious food source as well as a treatment for different ailments in indigenous herbal medicine. Moringa oleifera is the most common variety of the moringa plant. Most parts of the moringa tree are edible including the leaves, seeds, oil, flowers and roots.
